The Pines

The Pines is re-joining the corner of Joy and Court in December of 2022 as Compass’ first entertainment concept. We worked to design a modern space with original walls to bring The Pines back to life. Originally a movie theater and live music venue opened in 1944, we have re-built The Pines to welcome new history to be made. With full bar, appetizer menu, duckpin bowling, and retro gaming, The Pines is going to become Downtown’s social corner. The Pines was nominated for "Best New Attraction" by USA Today Best10 for their 2024 Reader's Choice Awards.
