As we head into 2024, our county’s list of developments completed in late 2023 and coming in 2024 continues to grow! The surge in new real estate developments in the Smoky Mountain region is poised to amplify investment potential, drawing attention from both local and outside investors seeking to capitalize on the area's growth.

As these projects unfold, the overall positive economic impact will extend beyond the real estate sector, contributing to the region's vitality and fostering a robust environment for sustained growth and prosperity.

2023 and 2024 New Developments in Sevier County:

o   Exit 407 Gateway to Adventure – 200-acre entertainment hub

o   Crayola Experience – Opening in the fall of 2024, a 30,000 square foot attraction. Only the sixth in the nation!

o   Nerf Action-Xperience – Featuring more than 25,000 square feet of sports challenges, battle zones, an obstacle course, food and beverage area, and a retail store. This attraction will share a building with the Crayola Experience.

o   Dolly Parton Experience - Opening in the Spring of 2024, this museum will be a brand new way for guests to experience Dolly at Dollywood.

o   The Wayback – A boutique hotel with a design inspired by Palm Springs, California that opened in 2023.

o   Paloma Restaurant – Restaurant at The Wayback focused on combining fresh cantina with southern comfort.

o   Flyaway TN – Breaking ground soon on their new facility!

o   Red’s Soda Fountain & Ice Cream – soda shop coming to Downtown Sevierville in 2024

o   Roma Table – new addition to the Collier Group’s portfolio of restaurants opening in 2024

o   1919 Society – Speakeasy coming soon to Downtown Sevierville

o   Wilderness at the Smokies Water Park Expansion – completed December 19, 2023 and rooftop pool and bar expected completion March 2024.

o   Country Cascades’ Braxton Beaver’s Shipwreck Bay – 16,000 square foot addition expected to open early 2025
